1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Radhe Navratri website and your attendance at Radhe Navratri events. By submitting your details through this website or attending the event, you agree to these terms.
2. Passes & Entry
Day Pass: Valid for one specific night only — the date it is issued for. It permits one entry on that date and cannot be used on any other night.
Couple Pass: Valid for the entire Navratri event and permits one entry per day, for two people, on each of the 11 nights.
Family Pass: Valid for the entire Navratri event and permits one entry per day, for the configured number of people, on each of the 11 nights.
Each pass is identified by a unique QR code. Entry is granted or denied strictly based on that pass's validity, date, and prior usage — no exceptions can be made at the gate outside of the organizer's official verification process.
3. How Passes Are Issued
Submitting your mobile number through this website registers your interest in a pass — it is not a purchase, payment, or confirmed booking. There is no online payment or automatic pass issuance on this site. Our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm details and arrange your pass through official channels.
The organizer reserves the right to decline any inquiry at its discretion, including due to capacity limits.
4. Entry Conditions
- Each pass must be presented (physically or as a QR code) at the gate for scanning.
- Passes are non-transferable once registered to a mobile number, unless the organizer approves a replacement.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for safety, capacity, or conduct reasons.
- Lost or damaged passes should be reported to the venue help desk with the registered mobile number.
- Re-entry policy, security checks, and prohibited items are subject to venue rules communicated at the gate.
5. Cancellations & Changes
The organizer may reschedule, modify, or cancel any night of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including weather, safety, or regulatory requirements). Where possible, affected pass holders will be notified using the contact details provided.
6. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the venue whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund or compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where caused by proven negligence on the organizer's part, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
