Nine Forms
Experience the divine energy of Navadurga. Each night of Navratri is dedicated to one of the nine sacred forms of Goddess Durga (across 11 nights this year).

Shailaputri
The daughter of the Mountain King Himalaya. She rides a bull and carries a trident and a lotus. She represents the absolute form of Mother Nature.

Brahmacharini
The unmarried form of Goddess Parvati. She walks barefoot carrying a rosary and a water pot, symbolizing penance, devotion, and solitary asceticism.

Chandraghanta
The married form of Parvati. She has a half-moon shaped like a bell on her forehead. Riding a tiger, she represents bravery and grace.

Kushmanda

The mother of Skanda (Lord Kartikeya). She rides a fierce lion and holds her baby, symbolizing motherly love and protection.

Katyayani
The warrior goddess born to sage Katyayana. Fierce and powerful, she rides a lion and carries a sword to destroy evil forces.

Kalaratri
The fiercest form of Durga. Dark as night, she rides a donkey and destroys ignorance and darkness. She is the dispeller of all fears.

Mahagauri
The purest and brightest form. She represents peace, intelligence, and calmness. She radiates with a divine, fair complexion.

Siddhidatri
The bestower of supernatural powers. She sits on a lotus and grants all forms of perfection (Siddhis) to her devotees.
